MONTEBELLO Villa Hotel ushered in the Chinese New Year by treating its media friends and guests to an exclusive meet and greet with Feng Shui Master Marites Allen last Jan. 29. The event started with a prosperity toss participated by all of its guests, followed by Marites Allen’s prediction on what’s in store for everyone this Year of the Earth Pig, and gave charms and amulets for an auspicious year. The event ended with a question and answer portion.

According to Allen, the Year of the Pig is bound to be a positive year for most of the Chinese zodiac signs.
